Gathering of Leaves
by
Heidi Lund

Do
leaves and twigs and nature inspire you? Get ready to indulge yourself
in the discovery of dimensional leaves. We will start by preparing
a 12”x12” background fabric and then move on to creating our leaf components
using all different types of fabrics, fibers and threads. Next we
will compose an art quilt using leaves, fibers, beads and buttons.
This class is for the intermediate sewer who is comfortable with free motion
techniques or with the decorative stitches on their sewing machine.
Much of the Process work is done in class and the final composition may
be completed at home if time does not allow.
